We will be market leaders in the use of process and client-side technology to optimise the client journey. We will be ravenous in our consumption of data, using it to change the way we deliver legal services, the manner in which we market and interact with our clients.
Our recruitment process will be streamlined and driven, with recruitment on-going all the time to keep up with increasing client demands. Our law will be done by lawyers, our marketing by marketeers, our sales by sales people. Everyone will be a specialist. Our goal is to be an attractive destination for employees. We will hire the most talented individuals on the market, with a diverse team made up of people from all backgrounds. We will be a gateway for talented individuals from non-traditional backgrounds to work in the legal industry. Undergraduates will be excited about the idea of applying for training contracts with our brands, saying how we “genuinely do things differently”.

We will invest in providing our lawyers with business coaching, so that they understand their clients’ more than any other lawyers and can contribute to the growth of the group.
Lawyers will work from fantastic offices, but equally, if they are working from home, they will be kitted-out with all the tech and support that they need. Staff will be relaxed and enjoy their work, not stressed. They will help and be open with each other creating a supportive and nurturing environment for the teams to grow.
